A wide range of activities are carried out by KKIC, aimed at educating people and increasing awareness in them about the true teachings of Islam. KKIC achieves these goals by conducting religious, cultural, educational, social and charitable activities among both Muslim and non-Muslims in Kuwait.

Da'wa is the prime motto of KKIC. This activity is carried out with strict accordance to prophetic traditions.

Social Welfare activities are aimed at identifying and helping those people in the society who are deprived and in need. These activities are funded mainly by the collection of Zakath and other donations from its members and well wishers. Apart from monitory assistance, the centre also provides other assistance to deserving people.
Educational activities of KKIC are an important part of the centre's activities. These include the 4 Madrasas being conducted at various parts of Kuwait for the children to learn Quran and Islam.

Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage tours are organized by the center for the benefit of all Muslims in Kuwait and is very popular. These trips are accompanied and lead by scholars to guide the participants in fulfilling the duties during the pilgrimage.
Publication activities of Kuwait Kerala Islahi centre involves printing and distribution of weekly and monthly news letters, quran translations, Islamic articles of public interest etc..

Library activities of KKIC aims at being a source of reliable Islamic information. It has a large collection of Books, Audio Cassettes, Video Cassettes and Compact Disks covering a vast range of Islamic subjects. In addition to the Central Library situated at the Head Office, there are more than 14 mini libraries in mosques all over Kuwait apart from a few Mobile Libraries.

QHLC - KKIC conducts regular Quran & Hadeeth Learning classes for its members where they are thought the correct meanings and interpretations of the Quran. These Classes are conducted regularly and guest lectures are conducted by eminent scholars who visit Kuwait for Daawa.

Fine Arts - Each year KKIC used to organize Fine Arts Day and Sports meet, which is actively participated by members to improve their inherent skills in the field of arts and sports.
